If you reside in the state of California, we add 9.75% sales tax to every order. If you are a California business and have a Resale Permit, please email a copy for our records, and your bill will be adjusted.

No minimum orders.
Order will be shipped within three (3) business days of receipt. Rush orders are subject to a twenty five dollars ($25) or 10% of the order total which ever is greater.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We currently use FedEx Ground and Home Delivery services. The shipping charges for most of the orders are calculated automatically through our website. However, large quantity orders will have be manually priced. We will then adjust the shipping charges on your order. If you like an estimate before your order, please email us your request. Currently, we ship inside U. S. only.
We use extra sturdy material and extra wrapping to ship each frame for a safe transit. There is no additional cost for this added service. In case of returning our frames, we do expect the same level of care as we will not be responsible for a damaged returned item.
A complete assembled frame, including moulding, mat, acrylic, a complimentary hanging accessories, and instructions on how to insert your art into the frame is provided with each frame.
Refused shipments are subject to a 50% restocking fee and ALL shipping charges.
All precautions are taken to insure that your frames are safely shipped to your destination. If there is damage due to shipper handling, please send us a few pictures to verify the damage immediately after you received the order, and we will notify you as to how to fix or replace the damaged part. And, if there is a verifiable error on our part, we will immediately correct the order free of charge. Your satisfaction and your business is very important to us. We will go the extra mile to offer you exceptional product and service.
We can cancel your order for a 100% refund within 24 hours of your payment. Once the process starts, you will be subject to 25% cancellation fee on the entire order. You will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee and ALL shipping charges if you cancel or return your order within seven days after receipt (delivered date). Please keep in mind that we are NOT responsible for lost or damaged returns. After seven days of delivered date, the sale is final and your order is not refundable.Your refund will be processed in the same form as your payment. In any case, you need to immediately with your questions and concerns about shipping and returns.
Orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours for a 100% refund. All order cancelled after the first 24 hours will be subject to cancellation fee. For cancelling your order or for any concerns, please contact us immediately.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
By submitting order, client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth, and agrees to be legally bound as defined, by continuing to process the order. Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
